Exercise, in a regular basis; also plays an important role in reducing the bad cholesterol level. According to the scientific reports, aerobic exercise can produce effective result, if continued for more than 12 weeks. It can increase the level of good or HDL cholesterol by 5-10%, which can consequently reduce the LDL level. Not only aerobic exercise, any form of working out can become fruitful in fighting with high cholesterol, provided you perform it at least 5-7 times in a week, consistently.


On top of all, a well-balanced diet and regular exercise program can make you fit and increase your immunity to fight with any type of health problems.
