To begin with, I have some good news for her fans. Her workout regimen is moderately easy and can be done by anyone. Scarlett Johansson is blessed naturally with such curves, and she has always managed to get away with minimal exercise. Talking about exercise, she walks a lot and does yoga. Walking is good, because it is a full body work out. However, a little birdie told me that her exercise regimen was stepped up a notch for her role in Iron Man II role. There were more jumping jacks, walking, crunches, pull-ups, push ups, jogging, planks, squats, and lunges to tone her up for that role. Currently she is training for her role as the Black Widow in the upcoming Avengers movie in 2012 with equally intense exercises.


                                                                                                                      


Scarlett Johansson loves her food. According to her, eating junk food in moderation will not hurt at all. She honors her greatest vice (which is cheese) by snacking on it in regular intervals. But I do not know what her daily meal plan is like. So I will not write something fictional here. If you are naturally blessed with curves and metabolism like her, you may eat just about anything and still get away with it. But if you are not, then you may have to watch what you are eating. Having a balanced meal with the right amounts of healthy carbohydrates, proteins and fats is always advisable.
