Kelly Ripa is the perfect example of a smart blonde woman. This 5'3” America Emmy award winning actress was found saying, “I'd rather not have a moment when I'm known for my looks; being funny and interesting lasts longer.” But, Kelly Ripa is a stunning and spectacular a mother of three at 40. She is super toned and her muscles have such amazing definition and I'm sure that she will be continued to be known for her beautiful body too. Kelly Ripa Diet


Most of us know that Kelly Ripa hits the gym more often than not and we have also seen her flexing her muscles proudly. Her gym workout begins with a preliminary cardio workout followed by some resistance training. Kelly likes skipping and that takes care of her cardio because she prefers bodyweight exercises over the cardio machines. It is not surprising when we found out that she likes old fashioned exercises likes jumping jacks and burpees. To top it all she runs 3 to 5 miles several times a week. And before I forget she has Keith Byard as her trainer. Let me tell you, this man can work the magic out of you, if you know what I mean.


                                                                                                


Kelly Ripa does not follow any fancy diet per se, but she portion controls her diet. I'm told that she skips breakfast and drinks only coffee. Her diet is said to be low on carbohydrates, low on cholesterol, and high in protein content. On a typical day she would have a small lunch, a snack, and the dinner. She has a chef who cooks things like grilled fish or steak, loads of boiled green vegetables, salads, and chickpeas. Final Word on the Kelly Ripa Diet


I will give her workout regimen a 10/10 and I will give her diet a 7/10. A diet should have balanced amounts of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. It is not right to drastically cut down on carbohydrates. We need carbohydrates to provide us with energy that is needed to get us through the day. But on the other hand, it is a great idea to portion control our food and cut out on the bad fats. Apart from her low carbohydrate intake, I think that the Kelly Ripa diet is OK!
