Christian Bale Diet
The most interesting thing about Christian Bale is that he has been in different sizes over different periods of time. The Christian Bale diet has always been under scrutiny of the media for all the wrong and right reasons. He has been skinny and anorexic(possible), aptly dubbed as 'manorexic'. And then, there was the phase when he was completely beefed up. Christian Bale who had lost a lot of weight for his role in The Fighter is now reportedly beefing up again for his role in the Batman franchise movie, The Dark Knight Rises. Let's see what he is up to now...
What is Christian Bale's diet to be a convincing Batman?
Christian Bale is right now doing everything he can, so that he can transform his skinny self to a 190 pound, muscularized Bruce Wayne. Surprisingly enough, Christian Bale is a vegetarian. To gain weight and muscle, Bale would have to eat at least 6 small meals a day. His meals would have be balanced with a lot of quality proteins coming in the form of cottage cheese, milk and protein shakes. If he eats eggs, then it is all the more better. Meat eaters have an edge over the vegetarians when it comes to muscle gain. So the vegetarians will have to take a lot nutritional supplements.
When Bale hits the gym, he would probably be following a workout regimen like this. Bale's weight training could consist a lot of high pull ups, power cleans as well as chin ups, bench presses, dumbbell flyes, close grip pull downs, push ups and dead lifts. But, he will not be doing them all on a single day. These exercises would be spread across several days.
Final word on Christian Bale's Diet:
There nothing shocking or surprising about his current plan to put on some healthy muscle. To have a body like Batman's you will need a nutritionist and a physical trainer. You need to work out a diet that would suit you and also a workout regimen. Like I have said in many of my earlier posts, only a healthy balanced diet and exercise can get a person in shape.
