Stomach cleansing foods are essential part of your healthy diet plan. The first questions popped up by doctors are whether you keep your stomach clean. Fruits – Some of the fruits which are high in fiber are best way to cleanse your stomach. They are oranges rind, water melon, grapes, berries, pineapple, apples, cherries, papaya, mango, and some dry fruit varieties.
Sprouts – Kidney sprouts, bean sprouts, peas, and chick pea aid in extracting out the wastes and cleansing your stomach to the core. They must be taken with sandwiches.
Milk – How can we forget the goodness of milk? Milk is high in lactose, which is known to fight the constipation, and that’s the reason your grandmother insists on having a warm glass of milk every night before bed.
Green veggies – spinach, lettuce, cauliflower, cabbage, beet root, and sweet potatoes are veggies which can be helpful in cleansing action.
