All these nutrients are very essential for our body’s growth and smooth development. Broccolis are available in different types and sizes. The small size broccolis are sweet whereas the big ones are neutral. The best options of using broccoli for healthy snacks are broccoli florets.  These are supposed to be the perfect size for dipping. You can simply go for some hummus or fat-free farm dressing for dipping the broccoli florets.
