  • Celery stalk: 3 cups

  • Red skinned potato peelings: 2 cups

  • Carrots: 2 cups

  • Beet tops: 2 cups

  • Distilled water: 2 ½ quarts

  • One small zucchini

  • Sprig of parsley

  • One small onion


 


Cut the vegetables into fine pieces and add water to it. Boil them at low flame for 20 min and strain.

  • Olive oil: 1/2 tbsp

  • Pinch of Pepper


 


Mix the ingredients and soak chicken for about 10 minutes. After this bake the chicken in greased pan for about 1 hour at 375 degree. Check whether the chicken has turned tender or not. Serve the dish.
