Eating raw cacao has been very  beneficial; it curbs your hunger, provides plenty of energy and detoxifies your body. Apart from high antioxidant content, cacao is an important source of magnesium. The magnesium present in cacao chip nuggets promotes the processing of fats and protein. Thus it becomes very easy for you to lose weight with cacao chip nuggets. How To Prepare Cacao Chip Nuggets?


You need to put 9 ounces of Dates, 6 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract and 3/4-teaspoon salt in the food processor.


Blend the above ingredients till they become soft and smooth


Blend the mixture again by adding 1 cup of Almond butter


Add 3 cups of Almond pulp in the food processor and repeat the blending process.


Once this is over, add 3/4-cup of cacao nibs in the blended mixture by using wooden spoon.


Now place the batter in refrigerator for 8 hours


Once the batter gets set, scoop out one tablespoon of batter and give it a round shape.


In this way you can easily prepare mineral rich cacao chip nuggets and keep a check on your weight while relishing its fabulous taste.
