Rachel Bilson Wants To Loose Weight?

I received an email tip from someone last night stating that it looks like Rachel Bilson has gained some weight recently.



After finding some recent photos of Rachel Bilson at various events, I can agree that she has possibly gained a few (very few) pounds. But the last time we saw her, she was getting almost too thin.

So now… Rachel Bilson looks great and healthy.

No food will make you loose weight on it's own, but there are foods that are either very low calorie or very filling or very satisfying that can help you reduce how much you consume. First off, don't be afraid of fat, olive oil, avocados and nuts actually helps to make your means satisfying (so you don't over eat), provide vitamin E (for beautiful skin and hair), and provides good fats to support healthy cells. Olive oil has shown in studies that it can help infants loose excess weight. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies, (at least 10 servings a day, with a greater emphasis on veggies), the fiber helps you feel full longer (low in calorie) and again will help to detoxify your body, which can help with weight loss. Whole grains will also help provide fiber to make you feel fuller longer. Plain yogurt sweetened with a little honey is excellent for you, the supermarket stuff usually is high in sugars and devoid of good bacteria (the sugar actually depletes the bacteria by the time it gets to the shelf). The key, only eat when you are starting to feel hungry, don't eat when you're not hungry and don't wait till your starving. Get at least an hour of exercise a day, that can be as simple as walking, but i recommend at least 3 days a week doing a strenuous hour.
