How To Make Sage Scrub At Home


Follow these simple guidelines for making a sage  scrub according to your  skin type.


 


For Normal Skin:


1. Take 4-6 organic sage leaves and process in a grinder with fresh yogurt and one grapefruit.


2. Add rice powder and sea salt.


3. Stir in enough pure rose water to form a thick and grainy paste.


4. Add a few drops of lavender and rosewood essential oils.


 


For Oily Skin:


1. Take 4-6 organic sage leaves and process in a grinder with fresh orange juice.


2. Add equal quantities of fine sea salt and brown sugar.


3. Add some rice powder.


4. Stir in enough tomato juice to form a thick and grainy paste.


5. Add a few drops of bergamot and lemon essential oils to the mixture.


 


For Dry Skin:


1. Take 4-6 organic sage leaves and process in a grinder with fresh cream.


2. Add brown sugar and powdered oatmeal.


3. Stir in enough raw milk, avocado oil and honey to form a thick and grainy paste.


4. Add a few drops of palmarosa and rose otto essential oils to the mixture.


 


How To Apply Home-Made Sage Scrub


Take a small amount of sage scrub and massage into clean skin. Do the massage in gentle circular movements, making upward strokes. Keep massaging with the scrub until flakes begin to fall off. Wash off first with warm water and then with cold water. This would help in closing the pores after deep exfoliation and cleansing. Pat dry and apply a natural moisturizer.
