Tofu Face Mask


Take a blender container and mix together 1/4 cup tofu, 1 teaspoon yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon honey and a few drops of bergamot essential oil. Process the ingredients to form a smooth and thick paste.


Apply the mask evenly to your face and neck after cleansing. Keep the mask for about 25-30 minutes and then wash off with warm water.


Use this mask at least thrice a week for best results.


Tofu Massage


Take a blender container and blend together 1/4 cup tofu, 2 tablespoons milk, a pinch of nutmeg and a few drops of sandalwood essential oil. Process the ingredients to form a smooth and thick paste.


Massage with the mixture in gentle circular movements all over face and neck. Do this massage every day for best results.
