For preparing this grape cleanser, combine together 4 tablespoon mashed grape pulp, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon yogurt, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 3-4 drops of tea tree essential oil.


Dampen face and massage the mixture in gentle circular movements all over face and neck. Leave on the skin for about 2-5 minutes and then wash off with warm water.


This cleanser not only helps in getting rid of surface impurities but the natural sugars present in grapes also hydrate skin from within. Moreover, the lactic acid present in yogurt along with the citric acid of grapes renders skin lightening benefits to the skin.


Use this cleanser at least twice a day for best results.


Grape Face Mask


Prepare your own grape face mask by combining together 5 tablespoons mashed grape pulp, 1 teaspoon milk, 1/4 teaspoon camphor and 1 tablespoon powdered oatmeal. Blend all the ingredients to form a smooth paste.


Apply the mixture evenly to your face and neck. Keep the mask for 20-25 minutes. Dampen fingers and start removing the mask by massaging in gentle circular movements. Wash off with warm water.


This mask will not only enhance complexion but will also slough off dead and damaged skin cells. Camphor also renders anti-bacterial and antiseptic properties to the mask, protecting your skin from acne and pimples.


For best results apply this mask every day in the night before retiring to bed.
